It may seem somewhat frivolous to be concerned about weight in this time of the Corona virus. Having said that, as a senior I feel I have to keep up my health and stamina. I also feel good when I am in control, and right now there are few things that I feel I can control. So more power to us seniors! Keep up the vigilance. Stay healthy and in control.
