I weigh myself multiple times a day and have an app that shows me some crazy looking graphs. I’ve noticed that every time before I lose weight l pick up and then loose what I picked up plus more. Our weight fluctuates so much. It’s crazy! Like calenleroux said, sleep will affect your weight, if you had a particularly salty meal that day you might also retain more water than usual plus remember your cycle will affect water retention as well. Don’t let this get you down. 😊👍

Thank you for all the helpful comments. I will just keep to it and weigh on friday again. I did an unofficial weigh this morning and am down again. What I didnt mention before was that I had a terrible runny tummy the night before. I have noticed that I seem to be the only person who gains weight with runny tummy. Its the strangest thing. Maybe its got something to do with the IBS?

Don't be dispondent. When you don't sleep well, you become stressed and then the body pruduces cortisol which causes us to hold onto weight. Keep positive!

Sleep, stress and your cycle all cause the body to hold on to weight, especially water. It is also crazy how mugg weight fluctuates. I try pick one day a week for an "official" weigh in, but am also naughty and weigh myself almost daily, but it fluctuates almost every day - really it is best to pick one day a week 🙈

Just remember if your body is betting too little calories you wont lose weight either. If you are stagnant at the moment just shock your body a bit by eating normal( obviously dont go too crazy) for a day or two. Then get back into strict eating.
