fasted 18 hours and worked out but still feel weird, tired, bloated and want to eat all the bad food then though I know it makes me feel terrible. so disappointed in myself, got below 150 then self sabataged. turning this back around now!

Oh I totally know the feeling! The bloating, the cravings, the lack of energy 😭 However, hang in there! Just push through it! For me it took 2-3 weeks of eating better to rid of the cravings and obsession to eat all the time. I also started taking a B-complex vitamin that appears to be helping. I’m rooting for you!!!
