Celebration or sabatoge? I was so excited about reaching a 10 pound weight loss that I totally went off track this week. Sleepovers... birthday party.... cake... ice cream... pizza, pizza, pizza! I must get back on track and not let a 2# gain turn into more! Banana for breakfast... salads, greens, veggies!!!! Water, no pop, remember that quote "nothing tastes as good as skinny feels" I got a glimpse of feeling 'skinny' last week and loved it... I was close to losing the muffin top... but now its back. Come on healthy eating! I can do this.
