Well I'm down 2 pounds but I think it's because I entered my weight too high the first time, but I'll take it and be happy anyway. :)
110.2 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 24.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I usually only enter weight once a week, but I do tend to sneak peeks at the scale during the week, to see ow I'm doing. I just go ahead and enter on Friday. Gives me another reason to aim for Friday. Keep up the good work!
