Woo hoo! I have lost a little over a pound since Monday. Of course the only reason for this is because I followed the plan. Duh! I have boxes of lites left since the center closed in Austin. I decided to chop the two a day into little squares. It makes it easier for me to eat them at work than the bar. I hate biting into them and having bits of them in my teeth. Now I just pop it into my mouth with no worries to my teeth.:) I hope all of you are well.
