Yesterday I had more carbs than I would have liked at dinner time, but that's because we had dinner so late that I was absolutely starving. At this point, even though I'm still losing, it's going really slowly now. It's like I'm hovering around the same weight. But, I'm telling myself that anyway I want this weight loss to be long term, so there's nothing wrong with slow but steady weight loss. Besides I still have about six weeks before summer break when I want to get into my bikini again!
