turun lg. setelah 2 mnggu lbih stuck d 50,8 dan kadang malah naik jdi 51-52. akhirnya jum'at-mnggu kmarin cheat day 3 hari, tpi gk lbih dri 2.000 kalori, senin udh back on track lgctrs skarang nimbang malah turun 😁
gmana cara kalian menghadapi bb stuck guyys??
