Keept my calories intake around 1600, 3 days 1500 or less, done tennis 2 times this week, but been walking as well and been out, no major phisical activities, but low calories intake compare with other weeks
76.4 kg Lost so far: 4.6 kg.    Still to go: 11.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
