Not sure what I'm doing right, but the weight is just falling off! REALLY need to take a progress picture since its been more than 15 pounds lost since the last one.

Yellow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just noticed that my weight loss tracker switched from Orange to Yellow today. YAY!!! I thought it would be at least another 5 pounds until that happened. I'm so close to being on the greater half of halfway through my "weight loss journey" which is pretty exciting. If I can think to myself that the biggest part of it is already done, and I'm more than halfway there, I think that will really help me out. I don't know what it is that I'm doing particularly right this last week, but its going REALLY well. I sure hope I can keep it up.

The only change that I've made in the past week is that I have tried some other low carb foods (non-medifast) and maybe they are helping? I was looking for some less expensive snack alternatives to the MF pretzels and things so I found some on netrition.com. So far I really like the Extend Crisps that I've found. They are like little mini rice cakes with a very mild flavor. There's a whole bunch in a bag, which is a single serving, and they fill me up pretty well. I think I'll have to find some more of them since I'm likely to run out of them today.
95.9 kg Lost so far: 20.7 kg.    Still to go: 24.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
