Mulai kendur krna fokus terpecah antara yg disini dan yg disana, efeknya intesitas workout berkurang makan jg krg terkontrol 😩 sebulan lingkar tubuh cm berkurang di 3 titik @0.5-1.5cm 😁😅
70.5 kg Lost so far: 12.5 kg.    Still to go: 10.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
