First day of my new eating plan. I am going to follow the following rules,
1. No soda 2. No alcohol 3. No fast food 4. I must count all calories 5. Limit myself to 1500 cal a day 6. Exercise at least 3 times a week
I will add more rules as they come up. I am not trying a certain diet because I am trying to change my overall eating habits. Eating what I want, but limiting my calorie intake has worked best for me. It's like a game and to win you just have to come in under your goal everyday
Next weight in I will go over some of the things that have stopped me from eating right.
