한달정도 초저탄수(20g정도) 식단을 해봤으니
슬슬 탄수를 늘려봐야....
등때문에 더 길게 못하겠다.
단호박스프를 끓여서 추가해 먹을 생각.
82.4 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 28.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
