The quarantine with this virus i thought i would gain weight even eating damn near maint calories wrong workouts have been kicked up and started a 15 hour fast two weeks in and weight is moving i was happy where i was weight wise but i will take it lets all have a great day today
95.9 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
