I have been to the gym almost every day for the past 8 days. The one day I did not go I walked 4km. I am getting stronger and leaner. I increased my weights and cardio this week. I have been more aware of how much food I am eating. I really really really want to weigh 169 by christmas.
83.5 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 20.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
