昨天晚上吃太多了
每次差點達標又放鬆

不要找藉口了!!

被2個教練說核心進步很多,上肢控制很穩
Happy:)

假日突然要見公婆
卻已經胖了QQ
還是偷吃了蛋糕
要禁食24hr啦
