Started doing more exercise during the day and cutting down on bread, etc. Hopefully I can stick to it this time!
74.4 kg Lost so far: 11.3 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thank you, I'm trying to find some healthier snacks but also trying to keep drinking green teas and things instead.

Remember though, this is a lifestyle change, NOT a restrictive diet. If you want a treat have one... Just do so in moderation. I found my love of bananas (which I hated since I was a kid) but swapping them in place of a snickers.
