I fins that having a fairly substantial breakfast - then missing the mid day meal thing completely, works for me.

Also - making "choices" at every opportunity - as we don't accidentally eat too much
78.9 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.3 kg a Week
