So...I decided I am coming back full swing. It's spring and I want to dress accordingly. :) I'm so ready to be fit and toned and healthy. I will post some pictures so that I can visually track my progress but I'm ready!!
66.2 kg Lost so far: 15.4 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
