so down a little today...that's good. instead of going to a fast food place like I normally do for lunch I'm going to make a run to the grocery store and get enough for the rest of the week. It's incredible how much I eat out since I've started this office job.
65.5 kg Lost so far: 16.1 kg.    Still to go: 7.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
