Feeling really bad about myself... I've been having to stay up late in the library because of the 25-page paper I just turned in, and have been eating away my problems, which just causes more and now I feel just disgusting. I don't know how to stop eating junk, and skipping the instant gratification in favor of delayed gratification... and I haven't been able to go to the gym regularly... what do I do??

I think the fact that you are making journal entries and posting your weight is a clear sign that you are ready to pull yourself together and lose a few pounds. When I find myself a little frustrated, I do what I call a low day which is just eating the least I possibly can for one day. That usually leads to a loss on the scale and kicks me into the proper gear. At any rate, just keep posting and doing the best you can, when you feel the time is right you will do things in a way that fits you. Keep trying! :-)
