I am still finding it hard to control my between meal snacking. I eat a lot of popcorn because it's low calorie and low fat. That solves some of my snacking problems. The bowl of fruit worked well until it was gone, so maybe I will make it bigger. My goal today is to work on portion size.

Hi,
A good snack for me is pomegranites. They're great because they keep you busy - it takes time to get all the fruit out, and they are very healthy for you.
Beware of the salt in popcorn.... it'll add water weight.
