Had 3 bad days where I have been eating everything... Done 1 day of tennis and 2 days of whey protein for breakfast and dinner. Had napoleon cake for 3 days and other crazy things!! Quite a good loss considering everything..
75.6 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 10.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
