Well, I am at least starting to resist the influence of trips to Denmark. Last time I went there I got two kilos back, this time it's just one. I am gradually getting better at this! Even though I have to restart some of my diet...
64 kg Lost so far: 1 kg.    Still to go: 4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
