Olahraga nya apa kak dan durasi nya berapa

Sebelum ramadhan saya olahraga ganti2. Kadang cardio, kadang yoga, pokoknya yg berkeringat aja. Selama ramadhan ga olahraga, cuma aktifitas kayak berkebun, jalan kaki, bersih2 rumah diperbanyak.
