Down a bit, so a good week. My sugars still not leveling out though, that vexes me. I've been craving granola, cant find a real low carb version. Lots of Keto people do net carbs, so 8-10 carbs with a net of 3-6 carbs works for breakfast. Since I cant do net, way too much for 1 meal considering I get 20 in a day. I will keep searching and find a low carb version, I will find one!!
