Udah hampir 2 minggu bb naik turun di 65.7 - 65.2, udah gitu2 aja rasanya hopeless tp balik lg udah sejauh ini kalo nyerah bodoh! dan akhirnya taraaaa turun 0.9kg :) sabar dan konsisten kuncinya
64.3 kg Lost so far: 5.7 kg.    Still to go: 9.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
