This time I am not to sure why I have not lost more, played tennis 3 times.. I have been quite good with my calories intake... I don't understand.. I might need to slow down on exercise then...
75.5 kg Lost so far: 5.5 kg.    Still to go: 10.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
