It's clear to me that I need to exercise... I haven't had the time to take any walks or really do anything since I weighed in last and I think that it would have made a big difference. Still I'm happy to have lost a couple of pounds.

The hardest thing is going to be sticking to this plan and making some long lasting changes. It's getting harder to come up with meals that are super healthy and low calorie and I know that I need to get to the grocery store this morning to get some veggies and some lean meat for dinner or I'll be in trouble!

Overall I'm happy with a solid week with 6 pounds lost in my first week!
67.1 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
