Kykny dah zona nyaman buat badan di berat segini. Dah mau 2 bln gak gym. Olahraga di rumah aja. Meski berat tetap, tapi yakin sih klo massa otot pasti menurun & digantikan lemak. Soale lingkar pinggang nambah 2cm. Angkat beban tipis2 dulu di rumah biar gak susut byk massa otot nya. Semoga bisa ngegym lagi dalam waktu dekat
