So... I have a conference in Canada to attend Saturday-Friday... then it's back to being healthy.

Did you know there's such a thing as gaining weight from eating too little??!!??

If you are consuming less than your RMR then you are essentially starving yourself. While starving, leptin and ghrelin signalling will cause you to be hungrier, and hold on to fat-based weight... this means that if you loose weight it is in muscle :'(

So, now that I have "officially" found out that my "Resting Metabolic Rate: 1946 calories"... so I'm going to aim for 1900 calories but more exercise. I want to swim everyday and try to do weight training/elliptical exercise sessions a few times a week.

We'll see if upping my caloric intake helps out.
