Keto flu does not make you sick for a couple of days. It happens on maybe day 3 or 4 for those staying very low carb (around 20) Usually it is recommended to make sure to take in enough salt as water gets flushed out in that early phase of Keto. Maybe you got another kind of bug? Hope you feel better soon. I think it is good to be careful especially when one is in a high risk category. Stay safe!

Hope you feel better soon♥️ I have RA and asthma so I’m like 😱😷😷😷 I just read that the 5 navy sailors tested positive again and but were sick again too so legit they had it both times with symptoms. This coronavirus is so crazy!! Ugh and over 100 kids in Ny got that secondary inflammatory reaction 😩🥺😢

Thank you for the well wishes JC! Yes this virus is crazy. So you can catch the virus twice? I feel bad for everyone who finds themselves sick from Coronovirus. It must be scary. I pray for your RA and what accompanies is.

Sorry you are not feeling good. I struggle with constipation a lot and I use Equate clear soluble fiber every day. It adds no taste to what you put it in. I put 2 tsps in my coffee every morning. Sometimes I also have to drink a glass of Equate daily fiber smooth Orange Flavor and sugar free. It helps and isn't full of carbs. This was recommended to me by a nutritionist.

Thank you for the Equate info diehard. That prune juice had way too many carbs. I gained back 2.8 pounds by drinking it and still doing my keto. I’ll try it 😃. I am feeling better today but it took 3 days!

It is a real struggle when autoimmune disease is involved. Then add steroid weight on top of it. I am struggling with both, I have GPA vasculitis. Blessed because it was diagnosed early. I know you can do it !! I am now trying Gundry’s Vital reds powder. Starting it tomorrow, but will introduce it slowly. Let you know how it goes . Stay positive 😊

Thanks Suzy😃 for the support! Autoimmune disease is a problem and insulin on top of that but I lost enough weight in 2 months to go down 10 units on my Lantas SoloStar insulin pen. And I have been able to get off my cholesterol medication 😁. The Lupus isn’t going anywhere but this extra weight is on it’s way out 😁.
