FATR 18.1%,我的TANITA體脂計似乎會亂跳,這幾天同時間量測,17%、19%、18%,大家的也會嗎?
63.2 kg Lost so far: 26.8 kg.    Still to go: 6.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

我的是歐瑟若的,量體脂也是會亂跳,所以我只相信比較專業inbobody的數據,至於家裡的體脂計,就權當一般體重計使用

我在想,如果把近五天的量測結果,加總平均的話,這樣應該可以看到體脂率的變化
