it feels great that I am already actually seeing results from all the efforts I have been doing for the past 2 weeks. although I must admit it's really a slow one, but at least it's sure.
no rice for i believe more than 2 months now and i am not craving it at all! can you imagine that?
I got tired of just walking, I got bored, lolz! so the new routine i am doing now is HipHop Abs by Shaun T. it's my third day today...I must admit I enjoy it, I sweat like I have never sweat like the way I sweat when i do it. However there are times the upper left side of my tummy hurts, so I kinda take it slow...but I am determined to do this everyday...I chose the Total Body Burn Level 2 workout.
I am hoping for better results the next weigh in!!!
