Well at least I'm staying within the same couple of pounds... really stuffed up today can barely breathe I'm so dry... gonna take a hot shower and breathe steam!
114.3 kg Lost so far: 29.5 kg.    Still to go: 23.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Ohhh I have been I'm sooooo ready to go back to work! Ugh at least my white blood cell count is starting to come down which means I'm getting better!

I forgot to mention today is day 3 with no cigarettes! My hubby says the stuffed up nose is withdrawal from the cigarettes... he's all stuffed up too.
