Yesterday night I was thinking of food even in my bed. They tell me first week is always hard but then you get used to it.
I started to imagine myself with beautiful clothes. It worked:-)

So I think fatsecret webiste is really very good. each time I eat something or do something I feel like I have to go in front of my laptop:-)
The challenges are going to start soon, like, one is due tomorrow. I feel good. Really.
72 kg Lost so far: 1 kg.    Still to go: 20 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Take it a day at a time and make sure to plan your meals ahead so you'll know what you will be eating before hand. That will keep the temptations down to eat on impulse. Imagining yourself in beautiful clothes is a great idea. Kudos!
