Here's the crazy thing...last week my weight began going down and I didn't do anything. And by anything, I mean anything at all. It was a pretty bad week with my depression and I just didn't have it in me to do anything...I pretty much read books all week. I tried breaking myself out of it by going to the store and buying a Sheamus figure (WWE) and participating in a silly thing on twitter...while it succeeded in making me feel silly and laugh at myself, it didn't pull me out of the funk which was how I knew it was a depression thing and not just a day with no energy. I made one other trip to the store to pick out fabric for my mom to recover her dining room chairs, but...still nothing. Yet every day I lost weight. Don't know if it was lowering the sugar in my coffee, not having any bread or pasta, cutting out the Sudafed from my daily pills...I don't know but it worked whatever it was. Hoping the loss continues with me adding exercise back in. I'm feeling better this week...feeling lighter in mood, no fog of melancholy draped on me and weighing me down so I am hopeful...

Sometimes you just have to go with it. Maybe your body just needed some rest. Here's to a great week!

Thanks for the good words skwhite, I am sorely in need of them. I am already having a good week, to my way of thinking anyway, cause I feel so much better mentally than I did last week and yesterday I drug myself to the gym. And I have someone like you on my side, so I'm doing better than last week. Thanks!
