Di jaga aja kok makannya, tetep makan pke garam, saus tiram dll kok cuman di itung kalorinya hehe
Sama seminggu 6x olahraga kecuali Hari mggu aja aku gk olahraga.
Yang terpenting adalah niat dulu dari diri sndr💪
