My son, a Marine stationed in Japan, came home for 2.5 weeks before he went to his next station in California. I hadn't seen him for almost a year and we went out to eat almost every day. It was easy at first to make healthy choices, but seriously, what's healthy at Moe's? Back on the diet - bought WW meals for breakfast (the meal I have the hardest time eating.) We'll see if I can lose more that a few pounds by the end of June.
134.6 kg Lost so far: 1.0 kg.    Still to go: 68.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

I have a hard time eating breakfast, too. So that is why Shakeology works for me, I don't have to worry about eating, and I still get all the nutrients I need for the whole day! What meals did you get? I never really tried the breakfast ones, just started out with the lunch/dinner ones!

I can't do shakes or smoothies. I need something I can chew. My favorite is the ham and cheese scramble. It is so delicious, only 3 minutes in the microwave and it keeps me full for a few hours. They also have muffin sandwiches, but they don't keep me full as long. They are good if you need something on-the-go. I highly recommend them and at $2.88 at Walmart, it's not a bad price.

I can understand that! You definitely need to do what works for you! I don't eat them anymore, but they helped me with learning portion control.
