1 minggu makan kalap, alhamdulillah cuma naik 0,8 kg dan lingkar tubuh masih utuh... yeaaayyy...
hari ini hari ke 2 back on track pasca lebaran😁
75.4 kg Lost so far: 16.6 kg.    Still to go: 17.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
