I was an old time low of 164 on May 6th. Took a month off - no tracking food intake, but still managed to work out a little and go for long walks.
Now the pool is open and the weather is warming up enough to motivate my first polar plunge!
Cold water does wake up the metabolism...I will keep that in mind.
