I haven't lost any weight in a month. I got frustrated and decided to have a cheat weekend, most of this is water weight. From today I am starting carnivore with IF, so only eating between 2pm and 8pm, to see if that will help kick start my weightloss again.
119.7 kg Lost so far: 8.4 kg.    Still to go: 39.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
