I have been in bed for 3 days in a row without doing anything, zero exercise, passed calories intake 1 day, other days very well followed, 1400 calories per day, I am happy to start seeing 72.
72.5 kg Lost so far: 8.5 kg.    Still to go: 7.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
