Alhamdulillah harus tetap bersyukur walaupun habis lebaran tapi badan tetap stuck di 51 52 walaupun makan tidak terkontrol. Balik ke track awal lagi yaa, 48 semangat jadi walaupun kelepasan makan seenggaknya masih 50 🤗
