bahahaha naik lagi ke 54kg. gara2 3 hari ga bisa workout krna back injury :"( makan nya pun lunmay enak2 krna harus minum obat :")
malam ini udah recovery total, besok bisa mulai lagi pelan2 :)
54 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
