Alhmdulillah, sya olahrga pagi sma sore tpi yg rutinnya sore hehehe, sya makn jam 11 siang - jam 7 mlm. 1 bln in sya mkn nasi cmn 6 kli itu pun cmn 3 sndok mkn aja.
Sya mkn msih mkn yg di goreng 😊 tpi sya mkn ckpkn TDEE kalorinya sesuai itu ad di google cra htngnya. Olhrganya sya itu skipping, lari, sma cardio di rmh liat chanel youtobe sabrina chairunissa sma SKWD.
