I have done running 3 times this week in the morning, I have also passed the calories intake 3 or 4 days by 300-500 calories, not a bad loss but I am really struggling to lose the last 5kg, is getting very very hard, I don't know what should I do...
72.1 kg Lost so far: 8.9 kg.    Still to go: 7.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Keep at it. Take your time eating dinner. I had a pizza a few days ago and usuall6 eat the entire thing. This time I ate half very slowly and once half had gone, I asked myself if I wanted the other half. Turns out I didn't need it! I guess it may be different for others but eating slowly gives the stomach time to tell the brain you're full - that can take time, sometimes up to 20 minutes!

Thanks for the advice Sammy, yes sometimes I rush eating as well... I am hoping this week it will be better
