nyobain abs in 2 weeks challange chloe ting dan makan di 1400, sebelumnya ga dihitung dan mungkin dibawah bmr jadi tubuh menyesuaikan lagi.. kemarin bahkan sempet 55 koma sekian wkwk YOSH! SEMANGAT
