這兩天吃到胃痛胃痛胃痛
果然對我最難的還是節制
胖了1.5 加油
希望是水腫
休息、放肆夠了
明天開始45我來了~~~~


吃了皮卡丘 吃了牛排 這三天吃太好壓力有點大
寶貝叫我不要再瘦了 路人轉過來看我
應該覺得他瘋了吧
