Well this is a landmark, today I have passed the halfway mark of my weight loss. That's over 25 kg lost, it feels good to have got this far. I have been a bit rubbish of late not entering my food I consume but I have been mindful of what I'm eating. Lockdown has helped, normally If I wasn't at work I'd be rattling around and boredom eating (how I ended up in this state). Also I haven't quite had the same motivation to do the weight loss before, I started the diet when I got diagnosed as diabetic, I'm determined to put it into remission as the NHS calls it, Newcastle University who did the study I've seen says "cure". good luck to all of you on your diet journeys, stay safe.
